Just wanted to share another Makeup look that I did at a photoshoot
I used MAC eyeshadows to create this look. I started with an eyeshadow primer, then used black eyeshadow on the eyelid. I then used Sketch (a deep plum) eyeshadow in the crease and blended it outward to create a winged eye. I used Freshwater (shimmery blue) eyeshadow underneath the eye, which i blended over black eyeshadow. Then used Woodwinked (gold) eyeshadow in the inner corners of the eyes. And of course, i finished the look off with 2 coats of black mascara, make sure the first coat is dry before applying the second coat. Prevents clumping!
On her lips, she has on Cultured MAC lipglass

I had the pleasure of meeting Don Wheldon a couple of months ago after his Indy 500 Win. I did his makeup and hair for a photoshoot for Justin Timberlake’s clothing line “William Rast”
He was an extremely humble, and very nice guy. I could tell he wasn’t used to getting his hair and makeup done, but he didnt complain, and was extremely grateful.
Dan died yesterday in a horrific 15 car Indycar crash. My prayers go out to his family and loved ones.

Terri Seymour for the A-Team Movie Premiere, Hollywood

I had the pleasure of getting Terri Seymour ready for the A-Team Movie Premiere in Hollywood. She was so nice, and had a blast working with her.

I did a very natural Summer look on her. With Dewey Skin, and neutral colors on her eyes and lips. I started her skin off with Daniel Chinchilla Beauty Perfecting Mineral Fluid, and used Concealer over certain areas to highlight and even out the skin.

Tips on How to Achieve some of my Favorite Grammy Makeup Looks

From Fuchsia lips, to dark defined Eyebrows, and Bold eyes, the Grammys was a night for celebrities to express themselves!! As always, there was many good, and many bad. I will let you be the judge of that. Here are my Favorite Makeup Looks, and some tips on how to achieve them!!

To achieve Rihanna’s look, apply concealer to your eyelids and then apply a silvery green eyeshadow by dabbing it onto your eyelids and under your eyes. Apply a neutral eyeshadow on your browbone, and blend a neutral brown eyeshadow into your crease. Apply eyeliner on the inner rim of your eyes, and finish the look off with nice sparse false eyelashes.

Try: Nars eyeshadow in Night Rider, #7 Mac eyelashes, and Daniel Chinchilla Beauty Perfecting Mineral Fluid in N7 Beverly

To achieve Heidi Klum’s look, apply a neutral shimmery eyeshadow on your eyelids, and then an orangey bronze color under your eyes and into your crease. Add a dark brown color to the corners of your eyes, and then use a dark brown eyeliner to the top and bottom of your eyes. Follow with black Mascara.

Try: Mac Eyeshadows in Amber Lights and Embark, and Daniel Chinchilla Beauty Perfecting Mineral Fluid in N3 Cindy.

To achieve Lady Gaga’s look, apply concealer to your eyelids, and follow with a green eyeshadow. Use a neutral peach eyeshadow in your crease to blend the green. Use a black gel eyeliner on top and bottom, and then follow with black mascara. Use a peachy-pink blush and a Fuschia Pink lipstick.

Backstage at LA Fashion Week ’09

I was backstage at all the hottest shows at LA Fashion Week this October ’09 including the biggest show in Fashion Week, The Vintage Valentino Show. Makeup looks consisted of a Natural Dewey Face, to Smokey eyes with Red Lips. And everything in between!! The excitement never ended and models were coming in and out of the makeup and hair area all day long!! The Backstage was crowded with Photographers who were there capturing the latest trends in makeup and hair, and of course all the Chaos that came with it!! Back to back shows, 3 days in a row! I even got my hands on one of the models from this season Project Runway! Here are a few images of my work on the Runway!!
